The Vista IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system can provide a 24-hour sales outlet for your cinema at no extra cost.
Vista provides several flexible options for taking phone bookings, enabling you to provide the appropriate level of service for your customers.
Vista's Point of Sale system includes an integrated phone booking function. This enables your cinema staff (front of house or back of house) to process phone sales. Tickets can be paid by credit card while booking, or when they are picked up.
Vouchers and coupons are supported by the phone sales process and seats are able to be allocated at the time of booking. If you wish to implement an automated phone system for information and sales, then Vista's IVR system is what you need.
